The short version
Lumin Alchemy is the domain MetaSora LLC uses for outbound email. Same company, same team. We keep outreach on a separate domain so that if a sending domain ever runs into deliverability trouble, it never touches the systems our clients depend on. It's standard practice — and it's why the address you heard from doesn't match our main site.
Who we are
MetaSora LLC builds cart recovery systems and AI automation for ecommerce brands — abandoned-cart flows across email, SMS and WhatsApp, and the AI agents that qualify and route the conversations that come back. We're based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Why we contacted you
We don't buy generic lists and blast them. We look for ecommerce stores showing one specific, checkable gap — most often an email recovery flow with no SMS or WhatsApp layer behind it. We look at your site before writing to you. Whatever we mention in the email — the tools you're running, what we couldn't find, how heavy your homepage is — is something you can go and verify yourself in about a minute. If we ever get it wrong, tell us and we'll say so.
